I was pleased with the charming drawing room and cozy bar at The Randolph Hotel. The styling of the dining room was also quite lovely. The valet team was friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. my experience at By Graduate Hotels was enjoyable.
Despite the positive aspects, I must mention that the room had a peculiar design. It seemed to have cheap finishes and tacky decorations, reminiscent of a room in Lego land or Disney.

The hotel is located in the heart of town, making it convenient to walk to all the museums. The Acanthus restaurant offers exceptional fish dishes, including a delectable smoked salmon. The staff is always helpful and the hotel provides a car parking service. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Guests can enjoy a tasty cooked breakfast with essential black pudding.
The lack of storage space in the rooms can be a drawback for guests staying more than one night.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and competent, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the amenities at the hotel were excellent, with parking available on-site and the option to bring our dog along.
The service at breakfast was quite slow, which meant we had to wait longer than we would have liked. Furthermore, the wellness center's jacuzzi was not working, and one of the steam rooms had a stale and damp smell.

the central Oxford location of this hotel was unbeatable. surrounded by history, opposite the famous museum, steps away from the theatre, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us to a cream tea as an apology for a slight delay on check-in. the recent renovation gave the hotel a quirky and updated feel while still maintaining its sense of grandeur and history.
Heating took hours to warm up the room.

We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable room with a clean bathroom and an upgrade to a superior suite. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location in the center of town was perfect. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the Alice restaurant and explored the exciting ambience of the hotel. The library was a must-visit. Thank you to all for providing excellent service and facilities.
The service relating to food needs serious improvement, causing delays and incorrect orders, which let down the overall experience.

Staying at this hotel was truly a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities offered were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre provided a variety of services, including a steam room, sauna, and massage options. the private facilities were beautifully decorated with top, notch finishes and luxurious furnishings. the catering service was top, notch, and the food was expertly prepared. the bar/lounge area provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring.
There was only one minor issue during our stay at this hotel. Although the service was excellent, we did encounter a delay during check, in due to a miscommunication between the staff.
